HushVideo01 / Scope
These terms apply to the HushVideo website and iPhone/iPad app provided by IntentDigital Technology (Hong Kong) Limited. Use the service only if you understand and agree to these terms; otherwise, stop using it. Applicable Apple platform terms also apply. If you are below the age at which you can agree independently in your location, ask a parent or guardian to review and agree with you.
02 / Service and availability
HushVideo processes video audio locally, offering background reduction, voice removal, comparison with the original and new MP4 exports. Requires iOS/iPadOS 18 or later. Features, supported formats and speed depend on app version, device and recording. Website illustrations do not process videos and do not promise a release date, price or future feature. A pre-release description does not mean the app is available to download.
03 / Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights to your videos; processing does not transfer ownership to us. Ensure you have the rights, permissions and consent needed to process and share the content. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe privacy or intellectual property, or deceive others. Audio edits may change context: do not present edited recordings as unmodified originals.
04 / Results and file preservation
AI cannot guarantee complete removal or recovery of damaged sound. Wind, clipping, faint or overlapping speech and singing can affect results. Background reduction may retain background conversations or TV dialogue; voice removal may affect music or leave residual voices. Compare before exporting and back up important videos. Originals are not modified; exports are new files and may re-encode video, change resolution or convert HDR to SDR. Keep the app in the foreground; backgrounding, storage limits or system restrictions may interrupt processing.
05 / Intellectual property and third parties
The app, brand and website content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Use them through their normal features. Third-party models, libraries and assets have their own licences, listed in the app. iCloud, Photos, file providers and sharing destinations operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We cannot control content after you share it with another service.
06 / Privacy
Audio is processed on your device and no account is needed. See the Privacy Policy for local files, permissions and website connection information.
07 / Warranties and liability
We work to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Review whether results fit your intended use. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights; applicable law prevails.
08 / Changes and stopping use
Updates will be published with their date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and consent will be obtained where required by law. You may stop using or uninstall the app at any time. Files you have exported remain unaffected.
